I was going to wait until month end and then give a review. I do believe tablets take 3 days to be in your system, so they should have either given me a small percentage of pain relieve, but honestly no change the pain is extremely painful.

Before taking this bottle I would take Genpayne about three times or more
in a day. Now, the frequency of taking pain tablets has gone down to once a day, sometimes I don”t take them at all. I am half way through the first bottle. I am looking forward to continuing and enjoying a pain free life.

I am really struggling with lower back pain and sciatica!
I have only started in the 16th of January with the first bottle. It’s not as severe as it was, at time I still make use of a painkiller. Unfortunately my work routine requires a lot of standing!

Hierdie keer was ek nogsteeds op Antiviral en Lyrica maar die Nerve Pain het my jik heeltemal en dadelik gestop. I was very sceptic about this and purchased a bottle as a last resort before an operation. I know I am overweight and have a problem between L5 & S1 and had an infiltation. I started on a weight loss program 8 months ago and have lost 13kg up to now.
This helps, as you reduce the stress on your spine. I then started using this sciatic nerve pain capsules, and there is a definite improvement.
I doubt if it will be as effective on its own as excess weight is a big contributor to back problems.
As I play lawn bowls, i bend a lot and need stability. This is where I noticed a significant improvement.
I wil purchase another 2 bottles and re-evaluate the situation after use.
